At Snethic AI Labs LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI services and taking pride in our work. We understand that circumstances change, and this policy is designed to be fair to both parties.
Because our services involve significant time, expertise, and custom development, refund eligibility depends on the type of service, the stage of delivery, and the nature of the issue. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or engaging our services.
General principle: Refunds are available when we have not delivered what was agreed upon. Work that has been completed, accepted, or partially delivered is generally non-refundable for that portion of the engagement.
Eligibility at a Glance
- Service not started and cancelled within 48 hours
- Deliverable not provided within agreed timeline (with no agreed extension)
- Delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed specification
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical issue preventing access to a purchased digital product
- Work already completed and accepted by client
- Change of mind after work has commenced
- Delays caused by client (e.g. late feedback, missing assets)
- Dissatisfaction with AI output quality without specific agreed benchmarks
- Synthetic datasets already delivered and accessible
Project-Based Services
For custom engagements including AI systems design, agentic pipelines, dashboard development, and algorithm engineering, the following terms apply:
Milestone acceptance is defined as written approval (email or project management tool) or silence for more than 7 days following delivery without raised concerns.
Digital Products
For standalone digital products (templates, tools, reports) purchased from our platform:
- Defective or non-functional product: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
- Product not as described: Full refund within 7 days, subject to review
- Accidental duplicate purchase: Full refund within 14 days
- Change of mind: Not eligible once the product has been downloaded or accessed
Refund requests for digital products must include your order ID, purchase email, and a description of the issue.
Synthetic Data Services
Synthetic data generation involves significant computational and engineering work. The following terms apply specifically to synthetic dataset orders:
- Before generation begins: Full refund available within 24 hours of order confirmation
- Generation in progress: 50% refund of the generation fee if cancelled before delivery
- Dataset delivered: No refund once the dataset has been delivered and is accessible — please review sample outputs before approving full generation
- Quality issues: If the delivered dataset materially fails to meet agreed statistical specifications, we will regenerate at no cost or provide a refund at our discretion
Tip: We always recommend requesting a sample dataset (typically 5–10% of the full order) before approving the full generation run. This is available at no extra cost.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us via email with the following information:
- Your full name and company (if applicable)
- Order ID or invoice number
- Date of purchase or project start
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting documentation (e.g. screenshots, error messages, correspondence)
Processing & Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the following timelines apply:
- Stripe payments: 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method
- Bank transfers: 7–14 business days depending on your bank
- Partial refunds: Calculated based on work completed, documented and shared with you before processing
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. We are unable to redirect refunds to a different account or payment method.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our initial response to a refund request, you may escalate the matter by replying to the original email thread and requesting a senior review. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
For payment disputes initiated through your bank or card provider (chargebacks), please contact us first — most issues can be resolved faster through direct communication than through a formal dispute process. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate chargeback investigation.
