Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any services provided by Snethic AI Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, AI tools, dashboards, synthetic data services, or agentic systems, you ("User," "Client," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Snethic AI Labs LLC. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
Services
Snethic AI Labs LLC provides a range of AI-focused professional services, including but not limited to:
- AI Systems Design — architecture, design, and deployment of intelligent systems
- Agentic Systems — multi-agent pipelines and autonomous workflow automation
- Synthetic Data Generation — privacy-compliant, domain-specific dataset creation
- AI-Powered Dashboards — custom analytics interfaces with natural language capabilities
- Algorithm Engineering — custom ML model development and optimization
- Custom AI Ecosystems — end-to-end platform engineering across web, mobile, and cloud
The scope, deliverables, and timeline of any specific engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement signed by both parties.
Accounts & Access
Certain services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not share access credentials with third parties without our prior written consent
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Intellectual Property
All content, code, trademarks, trade names, logos, service marks, designs, and materials on our website and platforms are the exclusive property of Snethic AI Labs LLC or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
With respect to custom deliverables developed specifically for a client engagement:
- Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the client receives a license to use the deliverables as agreed in the SOW
- Snethic AI Labs retains ownership of all underlying frameworks, tools, methodologies, and pre-existing IP
- Any general-purpose components or reusable code developed during an engagement remain the property of Snethic AI Labs LLC
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from our materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Data & Privacy
We are committed to responsible data handling. Our approach to your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide to us has been collected and may be shared with us in compliance with applicable laws.
Payments & Refunds
Payments for services are processed securely via Stripe or other authorized payment processors. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Project-based engagements typically require a deposit before work commences
- Milestone-based payments are due upon completion of each agreed deliverable
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Digital deliverables that have been fully delivered and accepted are generally non-refundable. Disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise prohibited. Specifically, you must not:
- Use our services to develop systems intended to harm, deceive, or defraud individuals
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our proprietary tools
- Use our AI systems to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights
- Resell or sublicense access to our platforms without written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Use our synthetic data services in ways that violate applicable data protection regulations
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snethic AI Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use our services
- Errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in AI-generated outputs
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Third-party conduct or content
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Snethic AI Labs LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Important: AI-generated outputs — including synthetic data, analytical insights, and automated decisions — should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being used in critical business, medical, legal, or financial decisions.
AI-Specific Terms
Given the nature of our services, the following additional terms apply to all AI-related deliverables:
- No guaranteed accuracy: AI models and agentic systems may produce outputs that are incomplete, incorrect, or unexpected. We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI outputs.
- Model updates: Underlying AI models may be updated or changed to improve performance. We will notify clients of material changes that may affect contracted deliverables.
- Synthetic data: Synthetic datasets are generated for training and analytical purposes. They are not real data and should not be represented as such to regulators or third parties.
- Agentic systems: Autonomous agent systems act on configured instructions. Clients are responsible for defining appropriate guardrails and reviewing agent outputs before deployment in production environments.
- Bias & fairness: While we employ bias-mitigation techniques, no AI system can guarantee complete fairness. Clients are responsible for conducting their own fairness assessments before deployment.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the applicable SOW or project agreement. In the absence of a specific agreement:
- Project-based engagements may be terminated by either party with 14 days written notice
- Upon termination, all outstanding invoices for work completed to date become immediately due
- Snethic AI Labs reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these Terms
- Upon termination, each party shall return or destroy the other party's confidential materials
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered clients or by prominent notice on our website.
Your continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of our services and contact us to discuss ongoing engagements.
